We offer full system design, supply and integration for gas flaring from 100 - 6.000m3/hour. Our systems are designed to include monitoring for gas analysis: air flow-rate, %CH4, %CO2, pH, biomass temperature & moisture, required for an adequate CDM project development.
Biofiltration is a means of removing odorous and non-odorous gases from waste air-streams utilising multi-strain micro-organisms to biologically degrade volatile organic compounds (VOCĀ“s) to simpler forms i.e. CO2 and water.
The most important reaction of the degradation process is the oxidation of carbon, sulphur and nitrogen compounds to CO2, SO42- and NO3- and their assimilation into biomass. Multi-strain micro-organisms can even degrade petrol vapour and landfill gas to simple non-polluting forms
